Systems Implementation Lead
Toronto Metropolitan University, Faculty of Community Services
- Designing the data schemas and migration logic that move 8 schools off a legacy SQL Server platform and onto a cloud SaaS system.
- Writing the SQL for three parallel migration streams, starting with schema discovery so no data is lost.
- Building the Power BI reports the Dean's Office, directors, and VPs use to track progress, risk, and go/no-go readiness.
- Working with Privacy, IT Security, and the Registrar on data governance, including a Privacy Impact Assessment under FIPPA.

- Led the Customer Insights Program: 100+ user interviews and usability tests that shaped roadmaps for 170+ portfolio companies.
